GreenFurni warranty policy
This policy applies from 26 September 2024 to customers purchasing products from GreenFurni. Products carry a 1 to 5 year warranty depending on the line, five years of maintenance, and lifetime support.
Coverage and claims
- The purchase invoice is also the warranty record and must be presented when the technician receives the claim.
- Processing normally takes 3–7 days depending on the condition. Unavailable imported parts may require additional time.
- Service hours are Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00, excluding public holidays and Tet.
- During maintenance, GreenFurni covers labour; customers pay for replacement accessories when needed and shipping for out-of-town service.
What is not covered
- Consumable or accompanying accessories such as light bulbs, electrical cords, locks, handles, hinges, runners, and glass.
- Normal wear and tear; fading or surface ageing; scratches, peeling, tears, or cracks arising during use.
- Products out of coverage, without a valid invoice, used improperly, stored contrary to instructions, or altered without authorisation.
- Damage or deformation caused by users, moisture, termites, rodents, flooding, steam, or high temperatures.
Warranty service location
Depending on the technician’s assessment, service is performed at the place of use, GreenFurni showroom, or warehouse. Transport support is determined by distance, size, weight, and the actual condition.
Delivery policy
GreenFurni offers free delivery within Ho Chi Minh City and supports 50% of shipping costs for other provinces nationwide.
Delivery times
- Inner Ho Chi Minh City: 1–2 days.
- Outer districts and nearby provinces: 3–4 days.
- Other areas: 4–5 days.
